TrainBerth (trainberth.in) turns a coach type and seat number into a berth diagram. This page explains everything the site does — and doesn't do — with your data, in full, because there's very little to explain.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. We never ask for your name, PNR, phone number, or ticket details. The only cookie this site sets is `lang`, which remembers whether you're viewing the English or Hindi version — it holds no other information and is never sent anywhere but back to this site.
No tracking
There is no analytics service, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script running on this site. We don't know who visits, how often, or from where.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours may keep short-lived technical logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page — purely for security and debugging. These aren't linked to any identity and aren't shared with anyone.
External links
The buttons for live running status and ticket booking open Indian Railways' own websites (NTES and IRCTC) in a new tab. Once there, you're covered by their privacy policy, not ours — we have no visibility into or control over what happens on those sites.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
